Trusny Medical Foundation is a community philanthropy-based organization dedicated to improving the health, livelihoods, and overall well-being of youth,refugee populations and elderly in disadvantaged communities of Uganda.

Demonstration Farm A community demonstration farm that serves as a practical training center for sustainable agriculture, food production, climate-smart farming, and income-generating activities. The farm provides hands-on learning opportunities for youth, women, refugees, and community members while promoting food security, environmental conservation, and improved livelihoods. It also serves as a foundation for future expansion into livestock production, greenhouse cultivation, and vertical farming technologies.

Governance

Governance and Leadership Strong Leadership, Transparency, and Community Accountability

Trusny Medical Foundation (TMF) operates under a robust governance framework that promotes transparency, accountability, inclusion, and effective decision-making. Our leadership structure ensures that organizational resources are managed responsibly while remaining responsive to the needs of the communities we serve. TMF is governed through three key organs: General Assembly The General Assembly serves as the highest consultative body, providing strategic guidance and ensuring that the organization remains aligned with its mission, vision, and community priorities. Board of Directors The Board of Directors provides strategic leadership, policy oversight, governance, and accountability. The Board is composed of experienced professionals from diverse fields including public health, humanitarian response, organizational development, research, finance, and community development. Management Committee Led by the Chief Executive Officer, the Management Committee oversees the day-to-day implementation of programs, operations, partnerships, financial management, and organizational growth.
